I grew up in the Midwest and spent most of my childhood outside exploring. I am somewhere in-between a complete tree hunger and a fast-food lover! My family and I are learning to do better with our wellness each day. We are learning
to accept that many times things can't be explained by modern medicine and to find our own answers. We choose to believe that energy medicine is a wonderful tool in our wellness toolbox. My family uses essential oils, crystals and energy healing, but when we need another option, we'll use that too! It's all about finding a happy medium at a pace we can handle. I educate and inspire every single day to help those who may not know they need help. I strive to bring awareness to the power of energy work and help you learn how the earth and energy healing can provide for you.
