Wanna know what’s going on here? Kira has an extremely tight jaw and occasionally suffers from TMJ symptoms. Today we did an intra-oral massage to release some of that tension she has been feeling. If you clench your jaw, suffer from TMJ, or have jaw pain this may be a massage you want to try.
