Happy Monday! ☀️

As many people know, one of my favorite procedures to do is breast revision. Every breast revision case are completely customized to each patient and allow me to address aesthetic goals while honoring the patients preferences and lifestyle.

For this patient, she felt as though her breast implants no longer matched her active lifestyle. She had an aesthetic goal of smaller breasts and now preferred to only use her own natural breast tissue.

Due to her excellent skin quality and lack of breast ptosis (sagging) she did not require a formal breast lift. She had a good amount of natural breast tissue, but also opted to combine the explant with fat grafting to the breasts to create natural appearing upper pole fullness and a more overall youthful contour. We were able to perform liposuction to her abdomen and flanks, process this fat, and re-inject it to help create subtle shaping and natural contours.

When it comes to fat grafting, the goal isn’t to achieve the same projection and size that an implant creates, but rather we aim for elegant but meaningful improvement in balance and shape that looks and feels completely natural.

It is such an honor to have such incredible patients, and I couldn’t be happier that we were able to help this patient have youthful balanced breast that are all her own natural body!

Happy Saturday!

We couldn’t be more excited to share this incredible before/after with you all! This sweet patient of ours, came from out of town with a desire to “rejuvenate” her body after having kids. This is a really common phrase I hear from a lot of our patients who are moms.

They spend months or years experiencing changes throughout their childbearing period, and once they are done having kids, they feel as though there is a disconnect between their outer appearance and their inner self. Restoring confidence and contours- one of the best things about what I do!

This beautiful mom underwent an with to her flanks and back, a , Inner/Outer Thigh Liposuction, and a bilateral breast lift with augmentation & chest wall liposuction. We used a low profile Allergan Implant (SRLP 265) to achieve her ideal results, that also match her active lifestyle.

She couldn’t be more thrilled to have her shape and confidence restored, and we couldn’t be happier for her! ✨

We were so excited to take our kids on their first international trip and take H back to Paris where we lived back when he was only 1! It’s amazing how 10 years can fly by in the blink of an eye. 👁️

Here are our top five takeaways from our experience traveling with kids.

Try to let go of any preconceived notions and expectations - just roll with it

It’s ok if they would rather make paper origami birds vs. learning about dead poets at Westminster Abby.

Always have a snack (or five) stuffed in your bag because hangry and tired is not a good combo!

Teaching your kids to have an awareness of others, and represent their country in a positive way is a good life skill.

Laugh! Laugh with your kids and your partner. Be amused instead of distraught when someone is having their 5th meltdown of the day (not naming any names!)

Need travel advice? Don’t ask me! I will stick to surgery. ✈️

How long do plastic surgery results really last?

The truth is — the improvements are permanent! You’ll enjoy a more youthful, refreshed appearance for years to come. Of course, natural aging never stops (thanks, gravity), so over time you may want additional rejuvenation as the years go on to maintain your results.
