✨Fiber is your friend! Incorporating fiber-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains helps you feel fuller for longer and promotes healthy digestion, both crucial for managing blood sugar.

✨Step it up! ‍Taking a 10-15 minute walk after meals can significantly improve your body’s ability to use blood sugar effectively. Plus, it’s a great way to stay active and energized throughout your pregnancy.

The TTC journey is filled with hope and excitement, but let’s be honest, it can also be challenging mentally and emotionally.😵‍💫 Tracking cycles, appointments, BBT charts, ovulation tests – it’s a constant quest for control in an often unpredictable process.

This unseen mental load can weigh heavily:
✨Anxiety and stress: Every symptom analyzed, every month a waiting game – it’s hard not to feel overwhelmed.
✨Relationship strain: Open communication is key, but navigating emotions together can be challenging.
✨Self-esteem struggles: Societal expectations and negativity can chip away at your confidence.
✨Information overload: With endless advice online and conflicting opinions, it’s hard to decipher what’s right and wrong, leading to decision fatigue and anxiety.

Remember, you’re not alone! Here are some ways to manage the mental load:
✨Seek support: Talk to your partner, friends, or a therapist. Share your struggles and build a support system.
✨Practice self-compassion: Acknowledge your feelings and be kind to yourself. It’s a journey, not a race.
