We are excited about our most recent additions to the Pondworks team! Meet Kate Conrad, PA-C, a physician assistant originally from Cleveland, Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology at Denison University and completed her physician assistant training at Marietta College. She has experience working as a PA in both behavioral health and oncology before coming to Pondworks.

Kate has gained invaluable experience in optimizing individualized treatment plans for her patients. She is inspired by the strength, resilience, and hope her patients exude, and understands their mental health journey plays a vital role in their physical well-being.

While utilizing evidence-based practices in psychotherapy and medication management, Kate’s goal as a provider is to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel comfortable working as a team to achieve their personal mental health goals.

We are excited about our most recent additions to the Pondworks team! Meet Amelia Harding, PA-C, a physician assistant originally from Northern Virginia! She attended a 5-year PA program at Duquesne University, a small school right in the heart of Pittsburgh, PA. Here she gained knowledge of psychiatry and strived to create meaningful and supportive relationships with patients through honest communication and reliability.

Amelia is passionate about mental health and recognizes the impact it can have on our overall health. She prides herself on being a great listener and believes that change is always possible.

We are excited about our most recent additions to the Pondworks team! Meet Josh Ingleby, PA-C!! Josh is a psychiatric physician assistant with prescribing authority, who also does psychotherapy. He is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. He studied behavioral science and health at the University of Utah, then completed his physician assistant degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Josh joined Pondworks in February 2023.

Josh spent six years in family practice and three years in urology before coming to Pondworks. Throughout his career, Josh has noted how often psychiatric symptoms tend to be underlying contributing factors to many medical complaints. Success in improving psychiatric health can often assist in the resolution of many physical ailments.

The thing he enjoys most about being a PA is the opportunity to listen to people and hear their stories. Every person is so unique and each has their story to tell. He believes in the tremendous power of choice. Every single day is a new day and a new opportunity to choose, learn, feel, and explore.
