Bethyl Laboratories, Inc. We Make Every Antibody We Sell. Bethyl is a part of Fortis Life Sciences. Bethyl encourages you to Seek Quality to Find Results. Bethyl Laboratories, Inc.

Since 1972, Bethyl has provided top-quality antibody products and services for both clinical and research applications. We remain committed to manufacturing novel antibodies to facilitate and accelerate your cell biology-based discoveries. To guarantee the quality of our antibodies, all antibodies are produced and affinity purified by antigen specific affinity chromatography at our sole facility i

n Montgomery, TX. Through our collaborations and scholarly searches we continue to identify new and emerging proteins of interest. We are aggressively producing antibodies to these new proteins as well as those classic proteins for which there is a dearth of quality antibodies. Our team validates our antibodies in a wide range of applications including ELISA, western blot, immunoprecipitation, ChIP, Proximity Ligation Assay (PLA), immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry. Bethyl Laboratories is a Registered Research Facility with the USDA under the Animal Welfare Act and complies daily with all requirements of the Act. operates under Good Manufacturing Practices. About Fortis Life Sciences: Fortis Life Sciences is a strategic platform company providing capital, expertise, and operational resources to enable the growth and success of founder-led life sciences tools companies. The Bethyl team was proud to sponsor last week’s 4th International Antibody Validation Meeting at the University of Bath! We heard what we’ve always believed: that releasing high-quality antibodies that pass stringent validation standards saves the research community time and money and reduces the risk of generating false data. It’s also clear that antibody users and antibody providers are in this together.

At Bethyl, every antibody we’ve sold over the past 50 years was manufactured and validated on-site by our team in the USA. Learn more about our best practices for antibody validation and reproducibility: https://www.fortislife.com/antibody-validation

Meet the Bethyl team at next week’s 4th International Antibody Validation Meeting at the University of Bath. We are excited to engage with the international antibody manufacturing community to share best practices for antibody validation and support your research and development pipeline. Dave Potter and Benjamin Sanyaolu will be in attendance and you can also look for our tabletop display with more details on antibody validation best practices from Bethyl!

Check out this new publication in Cell, which describes how ZBP1 contributes to cardiac IFN-I responses and chemotherapy-related heart failure. Dr. A. Phillip West’s group from Texas A&M collaborated with the team at Bethyl to perform multiplex imaging of murine cardiac tissue to visualize non-cardiomyocyte cell populations, including myeloid and lymphoid cells, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts. To perform this study, Bethyl characterized rabbit antibodies to develop the multiplex panel. This imaging showed that chemotherapy induces cardiac remodeling via changes in the frequency of lymphoid cells, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts in the heart.
