I have been in the health field for over 30 years as an occupational therapist specializing in the treatment of hand and upper extremity injuries. In 2003 I became certified as a personal trainer through NSCA graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition with a certification as a Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. By attaining this training and other training, I get to the root cause and

with a team approach- make changes! Not only am I passionate about helping others, I've also had personal experience with my own weight stuggles which I know gives me a unique insight. I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.
