As of August 1st, 2025, we will no longer be providers for Humana Caresource Medicaid. We are still taking Medicaid but, only Aetna and Wellcare Medicaid.

Our patients are like family to us and we hope you will remain in our practice. You can call Kentucky Medicaid and have your insurance switched to one of the 2 we will be accepting if you choose to remain with us.

I truly thought this would say made in China but, it's actually made in the good ole US of A where the FDA is protecting us! Wow. These can get molded into undercuts and won't come out! They can cause infections in your gums! If you need help come and see us! That's what we're here for!
