Why am I yelling?
Let me tell you:

I am tired of feeling like I have to convince people that exercise is important and that physical activity is vital.

No one should need to be coddled, bribed or persuaded to make their health a priority but… here we are.

Think I’m being a bit too dramatic?
Go spend a day in a nursing facility, take a good long look at the quality of life for people on long term care. Watch them lay in their own crap for an hour waiting for another human being to clean them up. I bet you drive straight to the gym afterward and sign up for a membership and a trainer.
