Over the past five years, Santa Barbara Midwifery & Santa Barbara Birth Center have been honored and awed to experience the direct impact The Victoria Project has had on the births and lives of the families in Santa Barbara. Through their generous financial support for the cost of out-of-hospital birth, paid directly to providers on behalf of mothers and birthing families, The Victoria Project has single-handedly changed the philanthropic landscape with a radical, paradigm shifting vision.
