We use to think that every cell in the body renews within 7 years…
Now we know the longest time is only 2 years (bone cells). Some cells renew in 24 hrs (epithelial)….
So, we can truly be re-NEWed! Now!

Happy Spring!
On this day of equal dark and light,
On this day when the Earth re-births itself
Let’s choose the Light,
Let’s choose re-birth within ourselves.
We can choose to spend more time thinking about
what we want to see...in ourselves and in the world,
Instead of thinking about what we fear will happen.
Instead of visualizing suffering; visualize healing & connection

Let’s take some deep breaths, fill ourselves with gratefulness, love and appreciation; let it flood our whole body/mind/spirit and then let it over-flow to our family, friends, neighbors and the world.
Rinse away fear and repeat!!!
