In and Out Yoga and Fitness Yoga. Fitness. Naked Yoga. Men's Nude Yoga. The group is open to all men of all ages and body types. Saturday morning class is clothed and all are welcome.

Permanently closed.

Our intention is to create a space where men can share their yoga & fitness practice as well as maintain and build a community without the restriction of clothing. Our practice is done in a safe and supportive space where we naturally become more grounded and comfortable in our own skin.

We are still moving forward with reopening, but it is a little delayed in order for us to get the space ready. Much larger space with a bathroom and shower, which will make it great for those that need to clean up after for work or a dinner. Shooting for April but will keep you informed.

Big News....In & Out Naked Yoga is coming back!

We have secured a new location near Hopkins in Cleveland. A much Bigger and nicer space with plenty of parking.

When we start up again ...I'm thinking in March (when covid dies down). We will start to offer classes again.

Andy has agreed to come back and teach!

We have been getting some inquiries if we are back open or will be opening back up soon. At this point, we do not have intention of starting back to teaching classes. If we do, we will be posting here first. Presently we are enjoying living life again and catching up on our families and friends.

Sorry guys. We have shut down the studio entirely. We will keep up our site here on Facebook and Meetup, until sometime next year when we think of finding a new studio location and resume classes. This will not happen until sometime next year. Even then, we may just call it quits. Thanks for all your support these past few years.
