If you haven’t had the chance to read No Cure, No Problem yet! Here are 3 things I think are key takeaways!

1️⃣ Whether your sickness is minor, extreme, or terminal, it was not ONE single event! Sickness is a process that has been happening for years and/or decades, with 1000’s of choices, that based on your genes and toxic load, probably broke down your body slowly without you knowing. Until the day of your diagnosis.

2️⃣ There is no one specific way to get your health back or one way to heal! I have personally never met a single person who could do the exact same diet, lifestyle, emotional healing, spiritual practice, and anything else needed to make progress. There are 4 NON-NEGOTIABLES (known as the fundamental 4). Fundamentals that anyone would benefit from no matter what your beliefs are!

3️⃣ You must know your why for change OR the world will change you without you ever knowing it! If you don’t consciously choose your direction, then your subconscious mind does, which is built to protect you, not heal you!
