Janay has worked as the Open Door Clinic Program Manager since June 2025. She is responsible for managing daily practice operations, providing guidance, training, and support to staff, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Open Door Clinic, and stepping in when necessary to maintain operations, leading to efficient and effective healthcare delivery to patients in need.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. Her professional background includes roles in mental health, human services, quality assurance, data analytics, program management, and grant writing. She is deeply committed to serving the entire community and is particularly focused on addressing the needs of underserved residents in Alamance County.

It’s that time of year again!!! Our annual fundraiser will be at Mill creek golf course this year on October 25 at 10 am with breakfast and lunch provided. If you are interested in playing or sponsoring a hole or golf cart please go to the website and register!!! We are looking forward to this event and raising money for the ODC so we can continue to serve the uninsured patients of Alamance County❤️❤️❤️

The number one source of healing for a child impacted by trauma is a caring relationship in their life. Volunteer HOPE Counselors serve as mentors and leaders who create a pathway to hope for children who have experienced trauma due to violence. Join us for monthly activities filled with friendship, hope, and healing, followed by a week of overnight summer camp.
