Here, you are invited to choose a rate aligned with your current resources where all tiers receive the same care and respect as your presence will ALWAYS matter more than the price.

• SUSTAIN pricing reflects the true cost of each offering, supporting the time and space that make this work possible.

• SHARED pricing is for those needing financial accessibility and a way to receive care when resources are limited.

• SERVICE pricing is a "pay-it-forward" option where your generosity helps fund access for others and expands community care.

** Available for single-purchase group classes and studio memberships. Memberships are recommended for students that attend class at least 2x per week.
