Hi, friends!

At the beginning of the year I decided to take a temporary social media hiatus and deleted my personal accounts and restricted access to my business accounts. I was thinking this would be a temporary thing - and it still very well may be. But, I have enjoyed being off of social media so greatly and have found so much peace that I will be extending this time away and limiting my business account usage even further. Being off of social media has been so healing for so many parts of me and have allowed me deeply to connect with myself and my goals.

All of this to say - I am still here, just more present in every day life and not present online.

Wishing everyone a very merry Christmas 🎁 🎄

I will be out of office until Jan 2nd spending time with family and resting after a busy month. Thank you all of my loyal clients for a booked up December and a busy year. I am so thankful for all of the clients I have gotten to know and who come in and trust me with their care and share their lives with me.
I’m looking forward to next year and more growth. Exciting things are to come. 🤍

I could list a thousand things I love about this career.

If we don’t take time to plan self-care tasks into our schedule, our body will plan it for us when it’s not as convenient. Burn out is so real and we can fight it by prioritizing our self care.
