Brushing twice a day is essential for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. It's not just about how often you brush, but also the technique you use. Use a gentle, circular motion to clean your teeth effectively without damaging the enamel or gums. Don’t forget to replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months or sooner if the bristles are frayed, as an old brush won’t clean as well. Have questions about your oral care routine? Call us at (508) 721-7720.
