Rrefresh Your Soul has relocated to 47 Water Street in Mystic, CT. Several holistic services will be offered beginning August 1st 2018......Counseling, Mindfulness Meditaion, Yoga, Reflexology, Massages and more!! It is the perfect setting to Refresh Your Soul with the peace and tranquitity of the Mystic River and its calmness. We will be posting hours and services as we near our opening date. Our independent contracted licensed or certified clinicians or instructors look forward to serving you all for a brighter and healthier tomorrow!!
