In 2020, I took a bold step, moving to Frisco, TX with dreams of making a mark in a prominent health and fitness corporation. I had envisioned myself becoming a recognized figure within this thriving business, given my years of dedication. As 2020 unfolded, I faced a revelation – perhaps my path wasn't under the banner of this growing brand. I had poured my heart and soul into the company, so when
its trajectory changed, my world shifted dramatically. I found myself grappling with unforeseen challenges, seeking solace in fleeting comforts. For a while, my escape was daily visits to the liquor store. But on December 1st, 2022, I embraced a fresh start and made the decision to put the bottle down. Over time, sobriety rejuvenated my clarity. It was as if life was presenting its true colors once again, showcasing the countless people who relied on me and unveiling the profound gifts of wisdom, strength, and courage I possessed. I realized that there were many women out there who needed to hear my tale. While my underlying passion remains unchanged, my vision has been refocused.
