I have been a herbalist all my life , I have all ways wanted to help people and make it easy for them to get and stay healthy in a natural way , with out all the chemicals that are in our everyday life's that you just cant get away from. I have been making remedies for all kinds of sickness and what ill’s you.

Everyone wants everything handed to them, the less a person has to put an effort to do the right thing, they will sit and wait for someone to do it for them, So, what I have done and been doing is making being healthy as simple as you would not know you are actually doing a healthy thing. Just to show everyone it takes showing up.

What is an Herbalist? In the grand scheme of health care, modern medicine is a relatively new development, and some patients still prefer to use naturopathic remedies over prescription drugs whenever possible. Herbs are a major driver in that trend. People have been using herbs to promote human health for more than 5,000 years, reports the American Herbalist Guild (AHG), and about 75 percent of the global population still relies on them over modern medications. Even some prescription and over-the-counter-drugs have herbal roots: The University of Maryland Medical Center reports that the willow bark extract Egyptians used to manage pain is now the active ingredient in aspirin. There are many different types of plants and herbs, however, and not all of them are safe or even effective. Knowing which to use, when and how crucial, and for that, many patients turn to herbalists.

The Benefits of Natural Medicine

There are many benefits to be had from undergoing one of these forms of natural therapies. Many of these therapies, such as herbal medicine, homoeopathy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, use natural plants and essences taken from the earth in order to heal any problems or disharmonies within the body. These are safe remedies that are mixed to the precise specification of the individual, and have no side effects.

Holistic healing refers to a paradigm of health care that "recognize[s] the importance of considering the condition of the patient as well as the disease . . . [and] advanc[es] the theory that the psyche and the soma, the mind and the body, are one." [45] In holistic healing, "all parts of the system, body, mind, spirit, environment, society, are interrelated and interact" to produce health or disease; illness "reflects an imbalance between the individual and the wider world." [46] Chinese medicine (including acupuncture), [47] homeopathy, [48] naturopathy, [49] herbal and nutritional remedies, hypnosis and mind/body therapies, and other forms of "alternative medicine" represent holistic approaches to treating disease.
