Austin Mindfulness Center Mindfulness-based Therapy and Education We offer effective, long-lasting treatment for a variety of mental health problems.

Our approach is heavily based on mindfulness-based treatment, which is a leading intervention in the mental health field. Whether you are in great emotional pain, suffering from a lack of vitality, or simply want to be more present in your life, we believe mindfulness is the key to balanced and purposeful living. We aim to be a community resource that promotes education and healing through mindfulness and compassion.
