LJ's Healing Hearts is a non-profit organization that provides financial support for families impacted by congenital heart defects while raising awareness.

The creation of the foundation was inspired by Lucy Shannon, who was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome at 23 weeks gestation. Since birth she has had six open heart surgeries and multiple hospital stays. To date she is happy and healthy 1st gra

der currently post successful heart transplant. Lucy's family has been blessed with a support group that has endured all the ups and downs along side them. We want to extend that support to the CHD world and bring hope and help to other families stuggling on this journey.

Last Sunday with friends and supporters we celebrated 10 years of helping CHD families raising $21,000 at our annual Have a Heart Event.
We have hit many milestones over the last 10 years.

And this year we’ll hit another major milestone…..half a million in assistance directly to families. Thank you for supporting our mission over the last decade ❤️❤️

As we step into 2025, our goal is to expand our reach. We’re dedicated to raising more funds and ensure families receive the help they need. Together we can achieve this!
