ent-centric, purpose driven programs that provide private, individualized treatment to those who are suffering from substance abuse and other mental health disorders. According to Ronnie, “I came a long way for this journey to start. I went to Profound, and I found myself—with the sobriety I have now to continue. I have a year, and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. My family’s happy and sober like I am. I’m going to keep going—because I know God is good.”

First up: Michelle Bazer – BHT, who has gone above and beyond during our transition to the new 16-bed facility. From training new team members to covering shifts and tackling operational needs with calm and clarity, Michelle shows up every single day with commitment, flexibility, and heart.

And right alongside her, a big shout out to the Alumni Department dream team—Camille, Doug, Jesse, and Katie—for holding it down with care and collaboration. They've been the glue behind the scenes, making sure the work gets done and our alumni feel supported and connected.
