If you’ve ever wondered what happens during meditation, this is a helpful visual. Basically, we focus (on the breath, a mantra, a candle, etc), we lose focus and refocus. This is a meditation practice!

Today is the day to make a difference in your community by giving a gift from the heart!

Generosity brings people of all races, faiths, and views together across the globe. Generosity gives everyone the power to make a positive change in the lives of others and is a fundamental value anyone can act on.

We are deeply grateful for our community's generosity and the gifts from the heart that allow us to continue to be a community mindfulness resource in Southwest Florida.

Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday, the Global Day of Unity and giving! ❤️

Our fundraising goal is $5000. As you know, Caloosahatchee Mindfulness is opening doors to well-being by offering programs and services that inform, educate, and support opportunities for Mindfulness study and practice in a large service community. Our goals for Giving Tuesday include raising funds to:

• Expand the opportunities to compensate the facilitators who conduct mindfulness workshops at regional senior residences, schools, and other locations.

• Increase the number of meeting spaces that can be used for course facilitation, which allows us to bring more important programming to our community.

• Provide printed and media materials to course enrollees with information to enhance their Mindfulness experiences.

• Provide scholarship assistance for course participants.

We thank you in advance for your support. 🙏

Our Story

Our purpose is to promote supportive and life-affirming mindfulness-based programs that teach powerful methods for reducing stress and that contribute to health and well-being.

Hearts’ Path to Mindful Living is transforming and initiating a new and exciting partnership with Caloosahatchee Rising Tide Sangha, (the Tuesday night meditation group) to build a mindful community in Southwest Florida. The new name is “Caloosahatchee Mindfulness,” a center for mindfulness bringing together like-minded people with many teachers and teachings in one special space. Having a center where a community can be created and sustained has long been the dream of those who provided classes and other educational and meditative opportunities throughout Southwest Florida in the past. Negotiations are underway for a convenient location in south Fort Myers, and we look forward to a formal dedication and opening in early December.

Hearts’ Path to Mindful Living, Inc. originating in 2006 with the direction of four visionary founders, is a non-profit corporation that supports programs of Mindfulness in the community. The organization has continued to grow and expand into the community, and in 2010 Hearts' Path was granted a 501(c)(3) Public Charity status by the IRS.
