Do the hard things.
Even when you really don’t feel like it.

My family and I are out of town this week, and let me be honest. I did NOT want to get up and go for a run this morning. Every excuse sounded valid: I’m tired, we got here late, we have a long day ahead. I’m on vacation.

But I told myself, “Just go for a walk on the beach.”

And once I got there… I figured, “Might as well jog a little.”

That’s where the magic started.

About a mile in, I stumbled upon something incredible… baby sea turtles, freshly hatched, making their way to the ocean.
Not one, but TWO of them.
An awe-inspiring moment I would’ve completely missed if I’d stayed in bed or even decided just to walk on the beach instead if run like I knew I needed to.

This is your reminder:
Push past the excuses.
Show up when it’s hard.
Because on the other side of discomfort might be something beautiful you never expected. 🐢🐢
