Swedish Massage
The most commonly recognized technique and the basis for most other techniques. Uses long gliding strokes, deep kneading, small friction-type motions, light tapping, vibration and joint manipulation to reduce muscle fatigue and induce relaxation. Deep Connective Tissue
DCT aims to affect the various layers of fascia that support and separate all muscle tissue. Long deep strokes assist hyper toned muscles to fully extend and relax, thus allowing the body to return to its own natural alignment. Neuromuscular Therapy
NMT is an approach to pain intervention using advanced concepts in the art of pressure therapy. Pressure properly applied to myofascial trigger points or "knots" interrupts pain signals to the spinal cord, reduces the intensity of nerve activity in the tissue, and mechanically moves out toxic irritants accumulated at nerve receptor sites.
