me out on the other side with more knowledge of the body and less physical and emotional pain. I also went through an intense emotional period that included some horrible stomach pain that lead me to Nutritional Counseling. I believe that nothing replaces good nutrition, sleep, or exercise/movement. If one of those is lacking, our body usually lets us know!

Massive Update ❗️ I am transitioning into a physically more gentle, yet energetically more powerful approach to helping my clients.

I'm moving towards what I'm passionate about, which is truly getting to the root of a pain point. I've found, in my 16 yrs helping people, that the energetics of an issue (be it emotional or physical) is where the true healing is at, where the growth edge is, where something can truly shift and transform 🦋.

So, as I say goodbye to providing massages, I'm so excited to continue to offer CranioSacral therapy, Higher Self healings (guided energy work), and Homeopathy. The Higher Self work and Homeopathy consults are ways I can help from afar.

I'll only be taking on new clients who are interested in receiving work utilizing one of these modalities, and I'm So So So thankful for all of my clients who've trusted me with their care. You have all taught me so much!! 🫶

Our Story

I am a licensed massage therapist, intuitive health coach, budding homeopath, energy healer, wife, mother, dancer, hell of a cook, and a gardener. Over the past 13 years I’ve guided thousands of clients through their process of healing.

I am a seed planter- I plant a seed of an idea for you to utilize and grow from, to heal from, to glean whatever you are ready to learn, to grow however you are ready to grow, and to become even more of yourself. I plant seeds for you to nourish so you can continue to come back home to yourself, to realign with yourself and to accept all that you are.

When you are more aligned (living in less pain, finding resiliency, experiencing more joy, accepting your whole self), there is no doubt that you will profoundly effect your world and the people in it.

In all my work and continuous seeking, I am grounded in the knowledge that we are energy first - we can thank quantum physics for bringing this back into our modern world.
