With Valentines right around the corner, I thought it would be fun to post our favorite dark chocolate that has healthy benefits.

Made this protein packed breakfast dish today. Sooo good and will last us all week.
Mix
4 egg whites, 4 whole eggs, 1/2 cup whole
Cottage cheese, 1/4 cup feta, 1/4
Cup grated parmesan cheese,
1 tab italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
In a pan heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sauté whatever viggies you like. I used spinach, asparagus, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes. When sauteed, mix in with the eggs and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with avocado and hot sauce if you like.

Switch up your breakfast! This is delicious.
Blend
1/4 cup of Greek plain yogurt
1
Cup feta cheese
12 basil leaves
1 1/2 Tablespoonof fresh parsley
Spread on your favorite toast
Top with fresh mint, tomato, cucumber, fresh grated Parmesan and pepper. Add bacon if you like. Next time I am putting spinach in the blend. Yum yum!

This dip is oh so creamy! Make it in a food processor and top it with roasted olives for a show stopping appetizer!

Whipped cottage cheese and feta savory dip
FOR THE WHIPPED COTTAGE CHEESE:
(Food dolls recipe)

▢ 16 ounces cottage cheese (We used Good Culture)
▢ ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
▢ 2 Tablespoons olive oil
FOR THE MARINATED TOMATOES:

▢ 2 cups baby tomatoes quartered
▢ ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
▢ ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
▢ 3 Tablespoons olive oil
▢ ½ teaspoon salt
▢ ¼ teaspoon black pepper
▢ Optional: pita chips and crostini for serving
