Dear Patients.

Over the weekend, Governor Inslee announced new restrictions on social gatherings and other activities for the next four weeks. The Washington State Dental Association was made aware of these restrictions and has received direct confirmation from the Governor’s Office that the restrictions announced do NOT place any new limits on dental care or health care delivery more broadly.

Based upon conversations to date, delivery of preventive care and care that, if delayed, would result in patient harm will continue to be permitted and strongly encouraged in the updated proclamation. Dental and medical care organizations will continue to advocate for the continuation of health care delivery consistent with what is currently allowed under Proclamation 20.24.

Because our purpose is to partner with you to achieve and maintain your good health, we plan to continue with care and will look to implement additional safety precautions where possible. We will continue to share timely COVID related updates as the situation develops in the coming weeks.

Since March 19Th, we stopped seeing patients regularly following governors orders. These days we see prescreened patients with pain and infection to help to keep them out of misery and emergency rooms. Lots of time goes in helping patients remotely and over the phone.
Asked my staff yesterday one by one:”Do you feel safe coming to work in the limited hours you do? You know that you can stay home and collect benefits and I fully understand if you don’t feel comfortable to come in these days. Would you like to stay at home full time till May 18th?
Answers i got were: “they feel safe with the precautions we take and they feel good in helping people out and do their part, and that it gives a purpose and and feel they can do something in helping people”
Grateful for getting the help from these dedicated people who care and risk their health. I am committed to keep our patients and staff safe at all times and grateful for being able to offer my help always.

To curtail the spread of COVID-19 in WA state, Governor Inslee mandated on 3/19/2020 that all dental, orthodontic and endodontic offices in Washington State are restricted from providing health care services, procedures, and surgeries that, if delayed, are not anticipated to cause harm to the patient within the next three months (until May 18, 2020).

We will, however, continue to provide care for our patients experiencing pain and/or an essential need for dental treatment and we will be in the office limited days. If you are experiencing either of these, please contact our office 425-320-4281 or info@everett-endo.com.

We will also continue to help all patients with their current and future scheduling needs and will be listening to messages daily during this time. Please leave your name, telephone number, and a brief message after the tone and we will return your message promptly when we return to the office. Please take care and don’t hesitate to call us if you are experiencing a dental emergency.
