I have been in this industry for 15 years and have a diverse client base that includes clients of all my 15 years! . I attended the National Personal Training Institute where I completed 500 hours of personal training certification and then expanded my education by receiving my Master's of Exercise Science from the George Washington University. My focus was Nutrition, Eating Behavior and Weight Co

ntrol. I am and Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My clientele base is a wide range of people including 21 year old athletes, 75 year old's managing Parkinson's Disease, average "joe's", bad ass moms getting their killer bodies back after children, and everything in between. My own training regiment has included martial arts, Fencing and extensive weight lifting that led me to compete in an NPC Figure Competition in 2011 (the hardest thing I have ever done!). My nutrition coaching has helped many people lose weight, manage their illnesses, get ripped, get big, reach their sports goals and simply just get healthier. My experience with so many personalities and people in varying stages of life and physical ability has made me into an understanding yet push you to your limits trainer and nutrition coach. Virtual training has helped me refine my verbal cues. My clients also love short videos sent to them like this one so they can review before they workout on their own.
Another joy of Virtual training? When my clients leave Sarasota they join me from up North!!

Recipe:
Veggie broth, one con trainer, 12 oz red lentil pasta, onion, fresh garlic, 12 oz of canned tomatoes. Boil for 25 minutes, stir when you remember:) add fresh basil, oregano and parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Or, if you're like me, creole seasoning g (I put that sh%$ on everything).
Yum.

I love a good dip, but dips and spreads can ruin a healthy diet or take you over your daily caloric intake in a bite! I was wandering the aisles of the Mediterranean market and found this gem. Delicious and 15 calories for 2 tablespoons!
Just make sure whomever you talking to likes garlic....wowee.
