Reiki, Yoga and Meditation are natural gifts to promote healing and well being. She also has extensive training and experience in guiding cacao ceremonies.

Liz shares these gifts through private reiki sessions and guided yoga and meditation classes, retreats, and ceremonies in and around Fort Collins, CO. Liz’s mission is to offer guidance and accessible practices that promote healing and personal growth by tuning into the body’s natural energy. She supports a holistic approach to the wellbeing of body, mind, spirit, and emotions. The services and sk

ills offered by Liz promote a whole-person approach to healing, mental health, and emotional well-being. A session can relieve anxiety, depression, grief, processing associated with addiction recovery, and chronic pain. Focused energy healing on the mental and emotional body allows for the release of deep emotional triggers. These practices can be integrated with conventional treatments to achieve optimal health. Liz is an ERYT-200 Yoga Instructor, an Usui Tibetan Reiki Master/Teacher, and Certified Reiki Drumming Practitioner. In addition, she hosts an annual yoga & meditation retreat in Costa Rica. Liz’s services are accessible to everyone, including those with physical limitations. Sessions can be in person or virtual. During Liz’s journey, she was given the spiritual name of Jyoti (pronounced “Joy-tee”) which means “light.” This is a true representation of Liz’s personality and teaching style, as she naturally brings a sense of calm healing light to all of her classes and sessions
