Kentucky Yoga Festival: the Nora edition
This year I introduced Nora to the magic that is Kentucky Yoga Festival. We danced (a LOT!), did daily dips in the creek, glowed, twirled, cried (a little), set up and broke down camp together, and did yoga in the sun, shade, wind, mud, and with puppies.
She has declared she wants to go back again next year “for the ecstatic dance”. I’ll take her every year she wants to go.
