My mission is to facilitate physical, emotional, and spiritual healing through action and awareness in order to encourage the restoration of the authentic self. More important than what hurts or where, is why. I focus on treating the disease, not simply assuaging the symptoms. on investigating the source, not just the end result which presents itself as pain. Pain in all its forms is a measure of
imbalance. I aim for reestablishment of equilibrium by co-creating space for change ~ a sacred and safe place in which you can heal yourself. I'm a graduate of Myotherapy College of Utah with over 1200 credit hours, and a passion for continuing education. I specialize in both traditional and table Thai massage as well as various modalities of energy work including Polarity, Reiki, and CranialSacral among others. I am certified in Acutherapy, Spinal Touch, and Sports Massage including injury rehabilitation and cryokinetics. I am also trained in Psycho-somatic Principles, Segmental work, TMJ, Pre/Peri natal Massage, Clinical Orthopedic Assessment, Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Myofascial Therapy, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Release, and Spa Techniques including hot/cold stones. I blend a compassionate, meditative approach through the integration of my intuition and the application of these various modalities to transport the whole person into a state of wellbeing – employing the sacred realm of touch and human interaction to shift them toward a happier,
healthier, more productive and meaningful life. In addition to my training as a licensed massage therapist, I have a Bachelors of Mass Communication from the University of Utah, my 2nd degree Blackbelt under Grandmaster Shihan Arakaki in Muso-Kai Okinawan Karate Do, and have been a professional actor of both
film and stage for over 12 years.
