Most women aren’t told what actually happens to their body after 30.

You just wake up one day and realize the same things that used to work… don’t.

It’s not just aging. It’s hormonal shifts, muscle loss, and stress piling up.

And no one gives you the real tools to handle it.

Here’s the truth:

After 30, you start to lose muscle every year if you’re not actively strength training.

In your 30s and 40s, your hormones begin to shift — and that impacts metabolism, recovery, fat storage, sleep, and how you handle stress.

This is where the real foundation matters.

✨You need strength training 4–5 days a week.
✨You need protein at every meal.
✨You need to sleep and actually manage your stress.
✨You need cardio that supports recovery — not exhausts you.

Muscle is protective.
It supports your metabolism, your hormones, and your energy.

It’s not about looking “fit” — it’s about staying strong for the life you’re living right now.

Testimony time!

I have so much love for each one of my clients. When you decide to start your healing/fitness journey it’s never this perfect linear path. Things come up, life is messy, and things get off plan. I understand that, and emphasize as I’ve been there many times and over. I care and I’m in the thick of it with you to help you through it.

My end goal is helping each person elevate to their full potential. Sometimes that’s re-evaluating the goals and what their emotional state is in that moment. Sometimes it’s taking a break from following the nutrition plans and daily tasks we have set and veering off to focus on regulating the emotional state first. Whatever it looks like it’s not a one size fits all
plan and it changes as life does.

Air fresheners can pose various health risks due to the chemicals they contain.

Here are some key points to consider:

* Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs): Air fresheners release VOCs into the air, which can turn into v***r or gas at room temperature. Exposure to VOCs can lead to health problems such as headaches, loss of coordination, and nausea. In severe cases, it can cause damage to the liver, kidneys, and central nervous system, and even cancer.

* Phthalates: Many air fresheners contain phthalates, chemicals known to cause hormonal abnormalities, birth defects, and reproductive problems. They can alter hormone levels and have been associated with reproductive abnormalities in numerous animal studies.

* Formaldehyde: Some air fresheners contain formaldehyde, which can combine with ozone to form secondary pollutants. These pollutants have been linked to respiratory issues, reduced lung capacity, and asthma aggravation.

* Essential Oils and Fragrances: While some air fresheners use natural essential oils, the solvents used for dissolving these oils, like isopropyl alcohol, can also contribute to indoor air pollution.

* Disinfectants: Certain air fresheners use disinfectants to remove odors, which can also release additional chemicals into the air.

It’s important to be aware of these potential risks, especially with long-term exposure. Slowly start swapping out these toxic chemicals in your home, business, and cars and you just may see some nagging symptoms subside.

1650 calories vs 2105 calories! This girl just completed her 75 day challenge and CRUSHED it.

Right now she’s in a reverse diet (slowly adding more food so that her maintenance calories are higher) my goal is to get her closer to 2200-2300 cals that way when we cut the calories for weight loss mode she will be at a healthy 1700-1800 cals!

She is down 8.5 pounds in 75 days (again, we aren’t in the weight loss phase yet!) and she had absolutely zero excuses.

Through crazy weather / tornadoes 🌪️, being sick, hubby being gone, and doing all the mom duties, she stayed resilient and persevered!
So proud!! Can’t wait for the calorie cycling!! 🤩

Check out this girl! She’s been doing amazing things in the last two months! She’s been on a reverse diet, which is basically adding more food to her diet to build up her maintenance calories, and she’s lost six pounds while eating 2,030 calories. How cool is that?! Let’s give her some love and support!

In the spirit of clients and friends that have shared their barriers and ruts they are in with staying motivated to achieve their goals, we are going to get things fired back up with this challenge!

I’m wasting NO TIME! Starting tomorrow we will start the 75-Day Hard Challenge.
What does it entail?

Daily:
✨2 separate 45-minute workouts a day, one is outside
✨Follow a healthy diet- no “cheat meals”
✨Drink 1 gallon of water (add salt/electrolytes)
✨Read 10 pages of a book (no audio, non-fiction)
✨Daily progress pictures
✨No alcohol

Real life image of me this morning, I brushed my teeth. You’re welcome 😂

An actual nightmare of mine, is to oversleep when I open the gym or coaching an early morning class. AND today was that day! Haha! What can you do but roll with it?!
