All our nursing professionals, CNAs and HHAides are carefully evaluated to ensure that they are qualified and meet ACT’s high standard of care. With the involvement of the patient’s physician and family, our nurses assess the patient’s needs, identify appropriate services and create an individualized plan for the patient.
