Today is the Feast Day of St. Bernadette and the Lady of Lourdes. Do you know this story? In 1844 Bernadette a young French girl saw the first of 18 visions of what I feel is a fae version of Mother Mary. The vision was very small, about 4 feet tall with roses at her feet and a bright aura.
Each time she saw the lady she was told to do something. Sometimes it was to dig in the dirt, she did and eventually found a healing spring. Another time she was told a chapel needed to be built on the grounds, it eventually was and now thousands of people journey to bathe in the healing spring and go to the church for blessings every year.
At only 14 Bernadette shared what she was seeing and experiencing. She dealt with jealousy and harassment from her neighbors, and interrogation by the local authorities. Anytime it’s hard for me to speak up for myself, to stand in what I know is true, to believe what my heart tells me even when it doesn’t make logical sense, I feel Bernadette all around me.
Bernadette is the most faithful and devoted being. At such a young age she knew what her values were, what was important to her, she trusted in what she saw, she never questioned who she was speaking to. She believed that this was unfolding for the good of The All. That’s so powerful.
Feeling us all cloaked in the love of The Lady of Lourdes today. Feel the love as you stand in her healing blue light. Anointing your throat chakra so it becomes more and more safe to stand up, speak up, take up room in this life.
Imagining your path is appearing before you with each step forward. All the roses at your feet. You are the light of the love of who created you. Release those fears and keep going.

Happy Epiphany, friends. Over the last 12 days we’ve been in a cocoon of luminous magick honoring the return of the Sun/Son. Each day we have been gifted whispers of love and blessings, intuitions, dreams renewed, ideas, mxnifestations, even miracles born as gifts to us on our path. Are you feeling this?
I’ve felt the Holy Family very close and expanding my experience of what this means for me. Sometimes my journey work and the experiences I have in these other worlds feels more heightened and clear than my ‘real life’. Just different levels of reality, I‘m learning to be flexible with these interchanges.
Each day I choose to create my heaven on earth in this reality. And I’ve been really contemplating Faith. Faith in Mother Mary in new ways and how I can feel safe with her when my own experience of Mother is complicated. Faith about my path, who I am today and who I am ever becoming.
I have so much love for Anna, Mother Mary, Yeshua and Magdalene. I speak their names and know there are so many others names known and unknown who play a big part in this story.
I wonder what the ancient ones knew and held in regard to this story. What could be so precious it needed to be shrouded in mystery and code, forever!! We all hold these keys of remembrance to the great legacy of Seeding Light on Earth. This is our lineage and birthright.

Thank you Magdalene.
And to all those re-membered and those faded into the mists.

Last night was Mother’s Night. The night before Winter Solstice where we honor the Mothers of spiritual and ancestral lineages.
I spent the better part of the early morning hours alone in the dark. I thought about how quiet I could get. I got so quiet I could hear the blood in my veins. I needed this quiet in order to process these final moments of the solar year.
So much to release and let die. So much to let go of. I had a funeral with the help of Nephthys to finally let go of some ghosts holding me back.
Her favorite thing to tell me is that there is no resurrection story without the courage to surrender and die. This is death training for sure. This is surrender. This is knowing who you are and who you are not and allowing what’s withered to be placed with tender fingers back into the earth.
In these last hours before Solstice I hope you feel supported in nourishing, nurturing, and loving your self. Giving a tiny death to what needs releasing. You’re brave enough to let whatever you’ve been ‘dealing with’ wither and melt right back into the earth. Gaia knows how to transmute your pain into extraordinary new medicine.

I’m in this in-between space.�Incubating in the desire to be outward and share and also knowing it’s not the time.�.�It’s my time to be quiet, to go dark, to listen
with ears and heart.�.�I’m sitting with this desire to want to express myself in new ways.
Picking up my art, wanting to make things with my hands, writing words that imprint the moment.�Always coming back to:�Hand on heart.
Hand on womb.
When my clients are really trying to listen to their intuition this is what I guide them towards. Because it’s always been my own personal practice.
Hand on heart.
Hand on womb.
Listen.
Our intuition speaks practically, rationally, wisely. �If you haven’t learned to listen, it takes a bit of time to hear her very subtle voice but she’s always there. Waiting for you to listen. Waiting for you to connect with the subtleties of her expression.
The bravest thing you can do is listen to her,
and love her for exactly what she says.

She whispers…

Just showing up is enough.
Just showing up is enough.

We walk in a field hand in hand as she tells me the stories of legends and a time nearly forgotten. And she beams sacred symbols onto my forearms and into my 3rd eye.

“The depth of the messages you’re receiving will reveal themselves to you”, she says.

She can feel my impatient human-ness wants to see the full plan plotted and tested.

“Just as the snake slithers out of her skin, you too are re-emerging, re-claiming. ALLOW the shedding. ALLOW for the places that were dark and dim to be filled with light and emotion and feeling once more. We are all here to celebrate you…

And *willing* to receive the messages which is the actual hard part.

I'm having hella resistance to what I need to do. I'm feeling uncomfy and worrying if I'm doing this right. If you're feeling stuck in your process put a hand on your heart and your womb and follow this mantra I received today...
