Hello everyone, I want to announce that I am open for new clients for life coaching sessions. My sessions for life coaching will also be combined with massage and bodywork. This combination will be a great way for healing the body, mind, and spirit. Massage alone is great for healing properties physically, mentally, and some emotionally but life coaching helps boost your confidence in making better improvements and keeping track of your well-being.
Notify Alyssa between 10am - 5pm on the weekdays or 12:30pm - 3:30pm saturdays. Also i want to announce that soon I will be making improvements on my site and making changes very soon. Hey everyone, I know its been a while since I've posted any contento on here. I've been going through alot in my that I really haven't had much time but I've been making many changes in my life and want to start new project and add massage therapy to the new project that I have going on.

At this moment I am starting off as being a spiritual life coach, something that ive been looking to do for quite some time but didn't get to step forward in doing this. I also have other projects that has nothing to do with massage therapy but im super excited to get things up and running for everyone. I really want to make a big difference In peoples lives and hope that people are willing to have me be part of their lives to do so.
