Temperature 30*C - 65*C
If you stay about 40 min with max temperature you will sweat
a lot, which makes you light and fresh. (Reduce lipo, toxin, cellulites, and pain) S1 bottom, M1 top of the body with a blanket.
You can sleep on S1 with body temperature set up.
M1 may be used on the chair to keep body heat against
cold air from air conditioning.
