I no longer have any confidence in the system of law in the United States. And I am so afraid of the state of the world when Trump takes power. Why can’t the Americans see how evil he is? Even a stumbling Biden is an honest, hard- working, compassionate, wise, and knowledgeable man. He reads, and he has an extensive knowledge of the history and geography of the world.

Last week I went on my annual 8-day silent retreat. This year, for the first time I went to the New Villa Saint Martin on Guoin in Pierrefonds overlooking the Ottawa River at the far west end of the Island of Montreal. The grounds are beautiful, and it is right beside the Cap St.Jacques nature park with its sandy beach and 35 km of walking trails. Besides the gentle and attentive very professional accompaniment, the food was out of sight, and the beds were so comfortable that I came home energized, rested, and closer to God.

I highly recommend any of their retreats, whether 3-day, 5-day, 8-day or 35-day. Except for the 35-day retreat that is by invitation only, anyone is welcome to rest and get grounded in the treasured silence.

Amazing! Brian or Richard, have you been there?

One of the largest fort of India and perhaps the only one that have never been breached by any invaders !

Built in 1459 by Rao Jodha Rathore.

It’s wall rises in places to a height of 120 ft and is 70 ft thick !!
Rudyard Kipling called it “the work of giants”.

Mehrangarh means "Fort of the Sun". Sun was the Devata of Rathores as their claimed descent from Suryavamsha.

When I went to Turkey they took us into one of these underground cities in Cappadocia. It was incredible!

Unearthed in a basement, Derinkuyu in Turkey's Cappadocia is a 3,000-year-old underground city that housed 20,000 people. This 18-story wonder, with schools, chapels, and stables, gained fame in the 1970s thanks to Erich Von Däniken. Its depths still fascinate archaeologists today.
