New Group: Isle of Wellness: A culturally grounded, affirming space for all people in the African Diaspora, Caribbean, Black, African American, mixed, etc. folks in the LGBTQ+ community to process, heal and connect over shared live experiences, mental health struggles, generational trauma, spiritual identity, joy and liberation.

This group is a safe, supportive space for adults 21+ to explore thoughts and experiences around intimacy, relationships, and sexuality. We’ll discuss topics like confidence, shame, expectations, and intimacy dynamics in a respectful and open environment. The goal is to support each other, share openly, and build confidence in navigating sexual well-being, all while maintaining a non-judgmental atmosphere.
