Please know that the well-being of our patients, as well as our staff, is paramount at our Practice. There is a significant concern about the new coronavirus that causes COVID-19. In accordance with ongoing guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, our Practice has implemented additional measures to aid in reducing the potential incidence of COVID-19. We will be administering verbal and written patient questionnaires, conducting temperature checks on all persons (employees included) presenting to our office, as well as providing educational information about COVID-19. If you have an appointment with us and you have recently traveled to an area with a known outbreak, been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or was quarantined as a precaution, or you exhibit symptoms of fever, fatigue, severe body aches, cough, or shortness of breath, please contact us at 814-838-2144.
