Turn in unneeded medications for safe disposal.
It is time to take a minute and collect those expired or unused drugs. This Saturday, October 29th is National Drug Take Back Day.
This is a prescription drug collection event at four collection sites in coordination with the US DEA’s National Drug Take Back Day. All items brought in will be properly disposed of and not released into our water supply.
Residents can participate in an anonymous, safe disposal between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at 4 different collection sites in the city:
Walgreens: 4400 W. Green Oaks Blvd. at I-20
Ott Cribbs Public Safety Center: 620 W. Division St. at N. Cooper St.
Medical City Arlington (Main Entrance on Hospital Drive): 3301 Matlock Road near E. Mayfield Rd.
South Arlington Police Service Center: 1030 SW Green Oaks Blvd. between Cooper St. and Matlock Rd.
