✨I want you to remember that taking time for YOURSELF is not selfish, it’s necessary.✨
•Burnout is real. Whether it’s from life, work, being a parent, surviving.
•You need time to recharge yourself and focus on healthy habits.
•You can’t pour from an empty cup.
•You are important and deserve to be treated as a priority.
•YOU are worthy.
•We are so accustomed to the “go, go, go” it doesn’t allow us to take time and truly see where we need to stop and reflect.
Please, use some time today to allow yourself some minutes of silence or just sitting and taking a break. Therapy is also a great tool for utilizing time to focus on yourself. I’m here if you want someone to talk to! 🤍
