When we push through big days, our nervous system runs in high gearโ€ฆ and once things slow down, the exhaustion, headaches, and aches show up like โ€œhey, remember me?โ€ ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Rest is not a reward you earn โ€” itโ€™s how your body heals, resets, and supports you.

๐ŸŒฟ Gentle Ways to Recover Today

Pick a few that feel doable:

๐Ÿ› Warm shower or bath to relax tension
๐Ÿ’ง Sip electrolytes + water (hydration helps everything)
๐Ÿฒ Eat something comforting + easy to digest
๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ Lay in a dark, quiet space for 20โ€“30 minutes
โœจ Do a slow vagus nerve reset:
โ€ข Mouth closed hums
โ€ข Longer exhales than inhales
โ€ข One hand over heart, one on belly, breathe slow
โ„๏ธ Ice pack or heat pack โ€” wherever your body is calling for relief
