We can't imagine a nicer way to conclude our journey through Lent than with an evening of relaxing sound and stillness. On Friday, March 22 at 6 PM, take some time out of your hectic week and join us for a Lenten Sound Bath, once again guided by Trine. We’ll take this time to slow our pace and relax our minds and bodies.

Let the sounds created by Trine still your thoughts and prepare us for the emotions of Holy Week to come.

Join us for a special evening led by Trine, a trio of dedicated sound healing practitioners on a mission to bring harmony and well-being through the power of sound. Everyone is welcome!
Together, we will rest our bodies as sound washes over us.
Come enjoy an oasis of peace and relaxation in community.
Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket. We suggest cushioned mats as the wood floor is a hard surface.
Tea and cookies will be served after the sound bath concludes.
Stay for fellowship and conversation. There will be a $15 registration fee to help cover costs. (Confidential scholarships available upon request).
Free childcare is offered, but we ask that you register your little ones so we can be sure to have enough childminders on hand!
