Choices…. We all have them. Making the correct decisions when we are weak and tired is a lot harder than when we are energized and rested.
The very first week you start a new Life Style Challenge or Plan you need to concentrate on these 3 things.
1st you need to do before diving into going head strong in an Exercise and Eating Plan is to start recognizing your sleep patterns and get rested! Set a bedtime and also set a time to get up.
2nd thing you need to do is HYDRATE!! Get your water in.
The 3rd is to create a plan that you will do something active daily. Active means, get up and walk your dog, walk around the neighborhood, or just take a 20 min walk.
After doing this your first full week we will dive
in more to start your program toward reaching your goals.
