We all know what too much of a good thing is...

💡Toothpaste leaves fluoride on your teeth to protect and strengthen your enamel. If you follow up with mouthwash (even one with fluoride) right after brushing, you’re washing it all away.

**What to do instead?**

Schedule your mouthwash for a different time. I say it's perfect for those ‘rushing out the door, forgot my keys, and tripped over the dog’ kind of mornings. You get the fresh breath and the maximum fluoride effect.
