September 2024 🪷

I journeyed alone to Bali for the month. I remember having coffee one morning on the front porch of the COZIEST zen cottage ever in the beach town of Uluwatu. I was flooded with emotions as I closed my eyes to meditate.

I looked out and saw the greenest grass. The sun was shining brightly. The coffee was hot.

And I wrote this poem:

You don't have to stay
I won't tie you to my room
I won't plead you not to leave
The door is open
Come if you may
Leave if you must
But here's the thing... stay not because of obligation. Please set yourself free. I do not fear losing you. What I fear most is abandoning me. So, go. Or stay. Do as thou wilt.

I feel this is the perfect expression of the New Moon in Leo that is hovering above us right now, perfectly opposing Pluto. This sky is demanding us to stop performing. It is demanding that we fall in love with all that we are... and shine our light, despite fears of rejection or being left.

What is truly yours, will stay. 🌑✨️

Wisdom... like the essence of Capricorn, sifts, sorts, and divides in order to filter truth from untruth.

Compassion... like the essence of Cancer, unites, illuminates, beholds, and nourishes. Compassion is the binding force between us as a collective human family.

Wisdom without compassion is incomplete and vice versa. ☯️

I remember a few years back when I felt called to hire a coach for the first time. I KNEW she was the one, but I felt a lot of resistance to pulling the trigger.

Some people stop at that resistance, but I'm a curious mother f.ucker, so I explored it deeply.

I THOUGHT that it was the amount of money that was scaring me... this would be the largest investment I've ever made in myself. When I peeled the layers back, it was actually not the $ that scared me the most.

What scared me about hiring her is that I would be seen. I wouldn't be able to hide from my own potential. I was going to HAVE to rise up... and that was what scared me the most.

Hiring her was one of the best decisions I've made. She DID see me. And I DID rise up. She helped me own my power in my business, and I went on to sell out my high ticket 1:1 coaching offer while also running my online course "From Pain to Purpose".

What I learned from this experience is that fear is not always a stop sign. It's often a doorway to your next level. If you want something... go f.ucking get it. And put both feet in. 🔥🔥🔥
