Next time I’ll actually start the “swim” workout so I can track my laps… but this time I made the mistake of getting in the pool first.

Evidently, wet fingers and a wet watch don’t make for easy swiping. 😆 Such an amateur move. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Anyway, it was roughly 50 laps.

👊🏼 Completing what you started sure feels good. 👊🏼

I’ve managed to get through these 4 weeks injury free and with limited joint pain! 🙌🏼

Partly because of my nutrition tweaks from the Gut Protocol and partly because I’m finally back to working out 5x a week.

Turns out that the less you move, the less you CAN move. Especially when you’re over 50! So USE IT OR LOSE IT friends!

Movement keeps you mobile and strength training is critical as you get older. Muscle mass loss is a real thing after 40…. Unless you do something about it.

That’s why I’m stoked for the next program launching in just over a week for Coaches. Woot!

It’s focused on building that essential muscle to stabilize your entire body (& the extra bonus of more muscle of course is an increase in your metabolism!!)

Yes please. I’ll take it. 💪🏼
