As a new school year begins, we want to take a moment to honor and uplift all the teachers returning to the classroom. Your calling is sacred. Your work, though often unseen, has eternal impact.

Galatians 6:9 reminds us:
"Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."

To every teacher pouring into young minds, offering patience, love, and wisdom day after day — you are planting seeds that will grow in ways you may never fully see. In the midst of lesson plans, challenges, and long days, know that your labor is not in vain.

Men’s Mental Health: The Numbers Tell the Story
Mental health affects everyone—but men are often underrepresented, underdiagnosed, and underserved.

According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA):

⚠️ Over 6 million men experience depression each year—yet many go undiagnosed due to stigma and silence.

⚠️ More than 3 million men in the U.S. live with panic disorder, agoraphobia, or other phobias.

⚠️ 2.3 million Americans are affected by bipolar disorder—and men often develop symptoms between ages 16–25.

⚠️ Men make up 10% of diagnosed bulimia or anorexia cases—but are far less likely to seek help.

👏 What needs to change?
We must normalize conversations, break down stigma, and encourage men to access support without shame.

Mental health is health—and every man deserves care.

🧠 While mental health affects everyone, men often go unheard.

Many men are taught to "tough it out" or "keep it together." This can lead to untreated depression, anxiety, and stress. Men are less likely to seek help, even when they need it.

🚨 Common signs of struggle:
-Irritability or anger
-Withdrawing from family or friends
-Difficulty sleeping or focusing
-Increased use of alcohol or other substances
-Feeling constantly stressed or emotionally flat

💬 Let’s break the silence:
Start conversations about mental health.
Support men in seeking help—without judgment.
Remind them: asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness
